Question 1

How much does a website cost with Webmake?

Accepted Answer

We operate with official fixed starting prices: Web Start (high-performance One-Page) from €249 + VAT, Web Business (5–7 page site with catalog, reservations or menu) from €599 + VAT and Web Premium (up to 10 pages with advanced integrations) from €899 + VAT. After a quick briefing, we provide a fixed written quote before beginning.

Question 2

Are there hidden costs or mandatory recurring fees?

Accepted Answer

No. The agreed website development price is a fixed one-time payment. We do not require lock-ins or mandatory monthly fees. Ongoing hosting and maintenance plans are 100% optional.

Question 3

What add-on modules can be included?

Accepted Answer

We provide predefined add-ons: multi-language support (+€129), booking engine (+€99), advanced bookings with calendar (+€149), blog module (+€119), online payments (+€149), digital QR menu (+€89), or commercial copywriting (+€119, +€179 full).

Question 4

How does the 3-milestone payment process work?

Accepted Answer

We divide the project into 3 tangible milestones: 1) Milestone 1 (40%): project booking, business analysis, and architecture start; 2) Milestone 2 (30%): live interactive prototype delivered to review on your phone; 3) Milestone 3 (30%): final sign-off, technical QA, publishing on your domain, and handover.

Question 5

What happens if I am not satisfied with the first prototype?

Accepted Answer

You are protected by our risk-free guarantee: if after reviewing the live prototype in Milestone 2 you decide not to proceed, the remaining two payments (30% and 30%) are cancelled with zero penalty.

Question 6

Is the website domain included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With your initial web creation payment, Webmake pays and includes the first year of your domain (.es or .com) along with the SSL HTTPS certificate. From the second year onwards: with Webmake Security (€49/month) or Webmake Growth & SEO (€89/month), the annual domain renewal is included in your monthly fee. Without maintenance or with Webmake Essential, the client pays the renewal directly.

Question 7

Who owns the website and code once completed?

Accepted Answer

Ownership is 100% yours. We hand over all credentials and clean source code. We do not use closed platforms or proprietary locks that tie you to our studio.

Question 8

How long does it take to build and launch the website?

Accepted Answer

For Web Start (One-Page), delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. For Web Business (5–7 pages), 7 to 10 business days. For Web Premium (up to 10 pages), 10 to 15 business days.

Question 9

What materials or information do I need to provide to start?

Accepted Answer

Only a short initial brief: your logo (or business name if you do not have one yet), any photos you have, your services or menu, and contact/location details.

Question 10

Is monthly maintenance mandatory?

Accepted Answer

No. It is completely optional. We offer three plans: Webmake Essential (€29/month, NVMe hosting and critical patches), Webmake Security (€49/month, annual domain renewal included, daily backups and 2 small edits/month) and Webmake Growth & SEO (€89/month, domain renewal included, local SEO, monthly report and up to 2h of edits). No lock-in. And when you build a new website, your first month of any paid plan is FREE.
