How we work

Client area

A private dashboard where you follow your project from start to finish: where it stands, what we need from you, the conversation with the team, shared files and payments.

In short

  • 01The whole project lives in one dashboard: status, messages, files and payments.
  • 02The team replies to messages within one business day.
  • 03You can upload images and PDFs up to 15 MB by dragging them into the dashboard.
  • 04With a maintenance plan, the area stays your channel to request changes after launch.
01

What a client area is for

In most web projects information ends up scattered: some photos by email, a change on WhatsApp, an invoice in another thread and a call nobody took notes on. When something goes wrong, rebuilding what was asked and when becomes a job in itself.

The client area exists so that does not happen. It is a private dashboard, with your own login, where everything related to your site sits in one place with a date. What is discussed stays written, what is sent stays stored and what is paid stays recorded.

You do not need to install anything. It works in the browser on desktop and mobile, and it is designed so you can use it without a manual.

02

Overview: where your project stands

The home of the area shows the current milestone, progress, the planned launch date and anything pending on your side, such as a payment or a review. You never have to ask where the site stands.

The pending list is the most useful part day to day. If we are waiting for your photos or your approval of the prototype, you will see it there, and once it is done it leaves the list.

03

Messages with the team

The whole project conversation lives in a single thread. You can write, paste screenshots or attach documents, and the team replies within one business day. Nothing gets lost across emails and calls.

Talking in writing has an advantage you notice at the end of the project: when we review the site before launch, we can check point by point that everything you asked for is done.

A good change request includes

  • The exact page or section you mean.
  • What you see now and what you expected to see.
  • A screenshot if it is something visual.
  • The final wording, if the change is about content.
04

Shared files

Upload your logo, photos or copy by dragging them into the dashboard. Images and PDFs up to 15 MB. You will also find what we send you here, such as screenshots of each version.

Photos do not need to be retouched or cropped: we optimise them so they are light and load fast without losing quality. What does help is sending them at the highest resolution you have.

05

Milestone payments

The payments section shows the 40/30/30 schedule, what is paid, what is pending and the receipts. Each payment is made by card through Stripe once the matching delivery is ready.

A payment never shows as pending before its delivery is done. If you see a pending payment, it is because you can already review what it covers.

06

Access and security

When the project is confirmed you receive an email invitation to create your login. Only people with a login created from that invitation can sign in.

Your site previews and the files you share are not public: they open from the area through signed links, so copying an address and sending it to someone else does not work.

07

After launch

The area does not close when the site goes live. With a maintenance plan, you keep using it to request changes, browse the project files and manage your subscription. Every change stays in the same thread, dated, forming a history of your site’s life.

08

Common questions

When the project is confirmed you receive an invitation to create your login. From then on you sign in from "Client login" on the website.
