The prototype-first method
You pay 80% to start, try a real prototype on your phone with two rounds of adjustments, and only when you approve it do you pay the 20% and we go live.

Why two payments and a prototype
Commissioning a website usually works in one of two ways, and both have a problem. Pay everything upfront and you wait weeks without seeing anything; pay everything at the end and the studio cannot reserve time for a project that may never be paid, so your site ends up queued.
Our method shares the risk simply. The initial 80% lets us block the calendar and dedicate the team to your project from day one. The final 20% is only paid once you have tried the real site on your phone and approved it, before it goes live.
Instead of debating static mockups, we talk about a website that works in your hand. Decisions are made earlier, with better information, and changes cost less because they are caught early.
Nothing goes live until you have tried it on your phone and said yes.
The stages, with their dates
Each stage has a clear goal and something you can review. Both payments are made from your client area, which also shows at all times what is pending on your side.

Kick-off and architecture
The first payment books your slot and gets the project moving. In this phase we learn your business: what you sell, to whom, what makes a customer choose you and what action we want a visitor to take (call, book, buy or message on WhatsApp).
With that we define which pages the site will have, the order in which each thing is told and what each section needs to persuade. We also register your domain in your name and prepare the infrastructure the site will live on.
You do not need to arrive with everything solved. If you do not have copy, professional photos or even a logo yet, we tell you what is essential and what can wait.
Material to get started
- Your logo, or the business name if you do not have a logo yet.
- Any photos you have: premises, team, product or past work.
- Your services, products, rooms or menu, even as a simple list.
- Contact details, opening hours and location.
- Two or three websites you like, even from another industry.
The prototype on your phone and the two rounds of adjustments
We send you a private link from the client area and you open the site on your own phone: with the real typography, colours, animations, forms and navigation. It is not an image; it is the same code that will go live.
Try it the way a customer would: on your phone over mobile data, looking for a service, trying to call, filling in the form. Leave your comments in the client area, in the project thread, with screenshots if needed.
Two rounds of adjustments are included. In each you can ask to change copy, photos, colours, fonts and the order of sections. A completely new design, extra pages or features that were not in the proposal are quoted separately and only made if you approve them.
The prototype guarantee
The prototype is the decision point. If after the two rounds of adjustments it still does not convince you, you can cancel the project before approving it.
You then never pay the 20% and we refund the 80% you paid minus €95 (plus taxes) for the design work done. The refund is made within 14 days by the same payment method.
It rarely gets there: when the prototype is built on a good first conversation, the rounds are for polishing details, not starting over.
Launch and handover
Once you approve the prototype and pay the 20%, we prepare the launch. Before the site goes on the internet we review mobile loading, forms, links, search engine tags and the version shown when sharing on social media.
Then we publish it on your domain over HTTPS, submit it to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools (Bing also feeds ChatGPT and Copilot) and hand over every credential.
What we check before launch
- Mobile loading over a real data connection.
- Forms, call buttons and WhatsApp links.
- Search engine titles and descriptions on every page.
- Image and text shown when the site is shared.
- HTTPS certificate active on the final domain.
- Sitemap submitted to Google and Bing.
Typical timelines
Timelines depend on scope and start with the first payment and the basic material (logo, photos, services and contact details). They are business days and are set in writing in the proposal.
What stretches a project most is not design or development but waiting for content and replies. That is why the client area always shows what is pending on your side.

After launch
The site is yours and you can take it anywhere. If you would rather we keep looking after hosting, backups, the domain or search visibility, there are optional monthly maintenance plans with no lock-in. The pricing page details who takes care of what under each plan.
